Train like a champion with Fight FIT, our one-of-a-kind class where you'll learn basic MMA skills with a cardio kick. Fight FIT simulates a real UFC Championship fight with five five-minute rounds, utilizing various equipment such as grappling dummies and hanging bags. A basic class includes cardio calisthenics: punch, kick, knee, and elbow strikes; sprawls; grounded bags; pummeling the bags; break fall; bag work, and core strengthening exercises.

Boxing Conditioning
Boxing Conditioning teaches basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance, the perfect class to get shredded! Boxing Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock-solid core and burn hundreds of calories.
Daily Ultimate Training (D.U.T)®
Daily Ultimate Training (DUT®) is UFC GYM's signature high-intensity interval training boot camp designed to consistently shock your system and deliver results. The focus is on safe technique and physiological function improving your overall strength and athletic ability. Each DUT class is a unique combination of techniques guaranteeing you will be challenged to the end. Be prepared to sweat through speed, agility, core strength, body weight and circuit drills incorporating equipment such as battle ropes, jump ropes, TRX suspension trainer, plyo boxes, kettle bells, medicine balls, and free weights.
Family D.U.T™
Our signature daily training boot camp, tailored for the whole family to enjoy. Family DUT™ delivers both a fun and challenging experience to encourage teamwork, a focus on safe technique and physiological function to improve overall strength and athletic ability. Be prepared to sweat as a family through speed, agility, core strength, body weight, and circuit drills incorporating equipment such as battle ropes, jump ropes, TRX suspension trainer, plyo boxes, kettle bells, medicine balls, and free weights.
